Online Ordering
Our “Shop On-line” is not a shopping
cart that accepts payments, but an Ordering System. We do not
collect credit cards nor other forms of payment online. Once
you have placed your order, you will be contacted by Hebda’s to
confirm your order and determine your payment method.
The Process: To
order items from our website, add items into basket and select
“Checkout” when you are done. You will be taken to the Order
Summary Screen to review what you have selected and give you a
“Subtotal” of your orders. This Subtotal does not include
Shipping expenses.
Selecting “Finish Placing Order” will
take you to our Customer Information screen where you will fill in
the required information and select Submit. Once you have
Submitted your Online Order, you will receive an Order Confirmation
via email to the email address you entered on the Customer
Screen. Please use this Confirmation
information when contacting Hebda’s with questions.
Hebda’s will contact you via phone or
email to confirm your order, give you your final total and confirm
your payment options. Once payment has been received we will
ship your order.
Personal
Information: When ordering through our online
basket, you will be required to enter Customer Information and
Shipping information. Please be aware that Hebda’s Family
Produce does not sell your information for marketing
purposes. Your information will only be used to facilitate
the order process and/or communicate with us about ordering and
other products with Hebda.
Shipping
Information: Shipping costs generally vary $5 and
$11, depending on weight and shipping area. We will inform you of
your shipping costs and final total during our communication with
you after receiving your order.
Returns: All
sales are final. Please contact us if you have any problems
with your purchase.
