- Cortland: Usually ready 1st week of
Septempter. Tart; juicy; crips white flesh apples. Uses include
Baking, Freezing, Applesauce, Canning, some fresh eating.
- McIntosh: Usually ready 1st week of
September. Tart; juicy; soft white flesh apple. Uses include
Applesauce and some baking. The soft flesh cooks down easy.
- Empire: Usually ready 3rd week of
September. Tart-sweet flavor; crisp; juicy. Uses include Fresh
eating, Baking, Salads. The small size is great for kids!
- Honeycrisp: Usually ready 3rd week of
September. Sweet flavor; very crisp; larger apple. Uses include
Fresh eating, Salads, Sauces and Baking.
- Redwell: Usually ready last week of
September. Mild flavor; crisp; excellent tart-sweet blend. Uses
include Fresh Eating, Salads, Sauce and Baking.
- Regent: Usually ready 1st week of
October. Mild Flavor; crisp; excellent tart-sweet blend. Uses
include Fresh Eating, Baking, Storing and Sauce.
- Liberty: Usually ready last week of
September. Tart flavor; crisp apple; juicy. Uses include
Baking, Sauce, Crisp, Fresh Eating.
- Haralson: Usually ready last week of
September. Tart flavor; crisp; juicy. Uses include Baking,
Sauce and some Fresh Eating.
- Connel Red: Usually ready 1st week of
October. Sweet flavor; soft flesh; waxy skin. Uses include
Fresh Eating, Sauce and Baking.
